CLARITY, quality & Consistency

IF WE BUILD IT, THEY WILL COME.

Discover how Biarritz tackles your projects with a no-nonsense, five-stage process that sets the bar for agency collaboration and delivers results every time.

Let’s dive in.

STAGE 1: THE RENDEZVOUS

Before buying a service from the store, let’s connect. The Rendezvous is an online session where strategy meets creativity. In 30-45 minutes, we draft a plan outlining your project, locking in milestones, and ensuring you know exactly who does what and when. Book your free Rendezvous directly from the page or each store item to know exactly what you get and pay for.

  • After the Rendezvous, you’ll have a detailed, straightforward, and fully mapped-out project plan—everything you need to make an informed decision about whether Biarritz is the perfect fit for your project.

  • Your project plan details the objectives, scope, and key milestones, along with timelines for each phase. You’ll find clear outlines of who’s responsible for what, the deliverables expected at each stage, and any specific creative or strategic directions we’re following. This plan serves as your guide, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment from start to finish, so you always know what’s coming next.

  • Think of it as a creative and strategic jam session—informal, focused, and designed to bring out the best ideas.

Prepare for the standard questions to shape direction, but also questions like: 'What’s the harshest truth about your industry?', and 'What’s the boldest move we could make with this project while staying on-brand?'

  • Bring your goals, your challenges, and an open mind. We’ll handle the rest.

  • Sure thing. Share the link for the meeting, but try to keep it down to 3 people. That way, everyone gets their say without losing focus.

  • No hard feelings. We part ways, and you walk away with clarity on your next steps.

STAGE 2: THE DEAL

Your project proposal is an online document with a built-in approval function and a link to the specific store item you need for this project. Approve, pay, and the rubber meets the road!

  • After our Rendezvous, you'll receive an email with a button to view and approve your project plan online. Just click "Accept," confirm, and both of us will receive a confirmation email.

  • Your project plan has a link to the store item for your project. Click the link, make the purchase, and we're off.

  • Upfront payment is what sets the stage for a model where everybody wins. You lock in a competitive, fixed price that eliminates hidden costs and budget overruns. Since all work is paid work, Biarritz gets to focus purely on crafting work that hits the mark. It’s a mutual commitment to doing things right from start to finish, ensuring your budget goes straight into high-impact brand communication, not clock-watching and accounting. It's okay to pretend you've hustled.

  • No worries. You're covered by a waterproof money-back guarantee up until the final stage.

  • Right away, according to the timeline in the project plan.

  • Please keep in mind that paying upfront isn't just about costs—it's about trust. Missing a payment milestone can throw off the entire timeline, requiring us to reschedule everything. Not ideal, so let's avoid that.

  • Upfront payment is key to our model. Delaying payment keeps costly, outdated agency practices alive and prevents us from offering competitive pricing. The money you save directly boosts your ROI, making upfront payment a smarter investment for your brand. So delayed payment is not an option, sorry.

  • We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. That covers every monetary option in the free world, except selling your kidney.

P.S. We don't want your kidney.

  • Minor tweaks are fine, but major changes may need a revised plan and additional costs.

  • Email’s all you need, but if you like having everything at your fingertips, Biarritz uses Basecamp. This straightforward, top-notch project management tool lets you chat, comment, check timelines, milestones, to-do’s, track updates, and view project docs all in one place. Each project comes with a free invite to your Basecamp space. It’s a great way to stay in the loop and collaborate smoothly, even when you’re working on your own schedule. But if you’re more into keeping it basic, email works just fine to keep communication clear and on point.

STAGE 3: THE DRAFT

With the business side sorted, creativity takes the lead. The third stage is where Biarritz adds craft to your vision. Based on the intel from the Rendezvous, your draft is created and delivered right on the milestone date. Feel the excitement as your project takes shape.

  • The draft will come in your chosen format—Word, Google Docs, or Pages—along with a link to review and approve it online.

  • The draft is the blueprint or storyboard—80% there. It’s your opportunity to refine it into the final version with your input.

STAGE 4: THE REVISION

This stage is where creativity meets collaboration, turning something good into something that blows your audience away. Now it’s your turn to make your mark. Your feedback sharpens the draft, ensuring the final version is spot-on.

  • The draft is your first look at how things are shaping up. Make sure the draft captures the vision, tone, and message as we discussed during the Rendezvous.

  • Absolutely. This is your chance to fine-tune the details and steer the direction.

  • This stage allows for one round of revisions, letting you refine the draft to your liking. The next stage includes a second revision round to revise the definitive version.

  • You’ll receive a revised version (V2) with your feedback applied.

  • If the draft nails it, click the link to the online version and approve it with a single click, just like you did with the project plan.

  • Timely feedback keeps us all in sync. Missing it might delay the final delivery, so let’s stay on schedule.

  • We move to the final phase, where your feedback helps us fine-tune and deliver the final product.

STAGE 5: THE DELIVERY

This is the home stretch. The definitive version is delivered, final tweaks are made, and once you’re satisfied, a single click completes the project. Time to get out there and make waves. Next!

  • The final version will be delivered in the preferred draft format (Word, Google Docs, Pages). Like the draft, it also includes a link to an online document for easy final approval.

  • Certainly! Your approved draft already covers 80% of the message, but often the devil is in the details. Therefore, one revision round is included in this stage.

  • Approving the final product is the same as approving the proposal and draft. Click the link to the online document, review it, and confirm your approval with a single click.

  • Once you give the green light, your project is locked, loaded, and ready to hit the mark. And because we already handled the business upfront, it’s all systems go.

  • Final approval typically means it’s a done deal, but if something essential didn’t make the cut, there’s always room to discuss a last minor tweak to ensure it’s spot on.
